The Board is composed of experienced and established directors with proven track records.
Chairman: Henry Omatsola Aragho
Mr Aragho, the Chairman of Capstone Microfinance Bank Limited holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Ogun State University (1999) and HND in Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic (1981). He is a Chartered Accountant, having been admitted into associate membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1986. He was admitted as a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1995.
He worked for the public service for over 30 years where he rose to the position of General Manager (Finance), Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA). He is presently the Managing Director of Henrose Consulting Limited, a company involved in all types of consulting, covering manufacturing, maritime/shipping, information technology, transport, construction, merchandising, government parastatals and advertising. He is also the Managing Director of Henrose Global Resources which is into Asset Management. Mr. Aragho sits on the board of various companies within and outside Nigeria.
Managing Director: Mrs. Beatrice Oluwasina
A trained lawyer and a seasoned banker with well over 27 year experience in the banking sector.
Mrs. Oluwasina obtained a Bachelors of Law Degree (LL.B) from the University of Benin in 1986. She thereafter proceeded to the University of Lagos for a Master Degree in Law (LL.M) graduating with a distinction in International Economic Law in 1989. She obtained Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos in 1994 specializing in Management and Marketing. In the course of her banking career, she attended various courses locally and overseas.
She belongs to a number of professional bodies some of which includes The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Certified Economics of Nigeria (ICEN), Women in Banking and Finance (WIBAFEM), International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Mrs Beatrice Oluwasina had a stint in private law practice from 1987 to 1989 before joining the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1989 where she retired from in June 2006. Her well over 16 year career at the CBN took her through different strategic departments in the Organization, acquiring and garnering invaluable experience in administration, International trade and foreign exchange management through policies formation. She also delivered a number of papers in International trade documentations, controls and Foreign Exchange guidelines in various financial institutions. She was also a bank examiner in the Other Financial Institutions Department (OFISD) where she led various teams to Community banks (now microfinance banks), Primary Mortgage Institutions, Finance companies and Bureau de change for examination and supervision.
Mrs. Oluwasina is a Certified Microfinance Banker of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Director: Wale Ajifowowe
Wale Ajifowowe is a Chartered Accountant with a BSC Accounting and MBA (Finance) degrees from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Osun State. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He started his career as an Internal Auditor with the Fareast Mercantile co. Ltd from 1997 to 2000; A senior Officer in the Accounts Departments of The Daily Times of Nigeria Plc from 2000 to 2002. He also worked as the Manager Accounts and Internal Control Office of The Peach Company Ltd between 2000 to 2005 before moving to Aluko & Oyebode a firm of Legal Practitioners in 2005 as the Chief accountant of the firm from 2005 - 2008. He was the Chief Accountant of Nokia Siemens Network Nigeria Ltd from April 2008 to November 2012. He is presently with Globemed Healthcare Service Nigeria.
Pastor Wale Ajifowowe has attended many professional courses within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
As the Group Head of Commercial & Retail Banking (South East, Lagos Central/Mainland). He retired in 2007 and started his Management and Financial Consulting firm.
Director: Ms. Antonia Obeya B.A; MSC
Ms. Antonia Obeya is an Economist with versatile financial and managerial experience in the agriculture, oil, education and real estate sectors. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Economics from Columbia University, New York USA in 1984; and a Master's Degree in Resource/Agricultural Economics from Cornell University, Ithaca USA in 1988. She worked at the World Bank in Washington D.C. USA as an Economist providing expertise on economic and financial analysis of investment projects in Latin America and Africa. She was also the pioneer Business Development/New Ventures Manager for Canadian Occidental Petroleum Nigeria (now Nexen Petroleum Nigeria); and the pioneer Managing Director for McCrae & Co an educational consulting company. She is presently an Executive Director at Invepro Ltd a real estate development and property management company; and a Director at Chess Nigeria Ltd an oil industry consulting company.
Director: Mrs. Doris Ochei BSC; MBA; FCA
Mrs. Doris Ochei is an Accountant and Entrepreneur. She presently sits on board of various companies ranging from Hospitality, Aviation, Travels & Tours and Stock brokering firm.

Mrs. Mareena Samuel is an Entrepreneur and presently the CEO of Karflex Group of Companies comprising of Karflex Fisheries Nigeria Ltd, Karflex Investment Ltd, Madiflexine Canada, Saxel Nigeria Ltd, Madiflex Int. Farms, Mareena Pharmaceuticals Ltd, M&S Ltd.
